XERE CULTURAL FESTIVAL 2023“NIGHT OF THE FIRST PEOPLE”

Our team had the honor of visiting Xere Primary School in Xere Village as part of our mission to empower and inspire the next generation through robotics and coding programs. We met 200 enthusiastic students from Standard 1 to 7. Situated in the Kalahari Desert. Xere Village is a community of the San people, located approximately 707.5 kilometers away from Gaborone. as we embarked on this thrilling journey with the wonderful San community of Xere Village! Together, we were daring to dream and shaping a brighter future because we Leave No Child Behind For African Development.

Dare To Dream is fully committed to leaving a lasting impact! There, we were joined by the students of Xere Primary School at the Dare To Dream booth. We have a strong belief in the power of technology to transcend boundaries and empower young minds. We were delighted to introduce these bright young individuals to the captivating world of robotics and coding, opening doors to endless possibilities. We firmly believe in the transformative potential of education and technology. Through these initiatives, we aim to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and provide these students with essential skills for their future. But that’s not all! During our visit, we were treated to a captivating traditional dance performance.
